A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not only) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting fans across the globe.

A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject.

I built this shrine for Donatello when I saw his fanlisting had been closed from TFL. While I am not actively making fanlistings as much as I used to, I have wanted to build a Donatello shrine similar to my Dragonball shrine for a while. I decided that since I'm trying to get into making shrines more (key word is trying)...I wanted to go back to my original designing roots.

A long time ago I had my first fansite named Usagi's Story that I made a long time ago that focused on one of my favorite fanfiction I had written at the day of the age. It was popular in a unique way, but I never really got the projects completely done. It was the early version of Eien-Melody.net that also held some personal websites and such. I did not ever realize that Eien-Melody.net had started from here until I went back and looked at the saved files.

Over the years I've created and closed many websites since then. However, I just could not try and express my love for this turtle. While I adore Donatello and he may only be beat by Krillin (everyone does :P ), he has warmed his way into my heart like many other characters over the past few years.
