Original question: Isn't Goku stronger than her, Sailor Moon?

I told myself I would never get involved with a debate between Dragonball and Sailor Moon. Why? I am a fan of both series and will never pick one over the other. The characters, the storylines, and themes involved with each series appeals to me in a different way than the other. A few things I would like to point out before I even give an opinion on this question:

-Usagi and Goku come from to separate series and it is impossible to exactly tell who is stronger out of the two.
-Both characters will probably never see an actual battle or fight against each other, so we will never know the outcome.
-Get to know the characters and series involved before even trying to making a remark, as it will safe less drama.

Usagi in the Sailor Moon series is hinted as one of the strongest people in the universe. Probably rivaled against Sailor Cosmos or Sailor Galaxia itself (though Sailor Cosmos is a reincarnation of Usagi way in the future after Crystal Tokyo in the manga). Her power comes from the Ginzuishou/Silver Crystal (read more here), an exteremly powerful crystal that helps defeat enemies and is the target of Queen Beryl and the Dark Moon Kingdom throughout any adaption of Sailor Moon (PGSM, anime, manga, or the musicals). The power is strong and very deadly to those who seek it, but it also comes at a cost if used by Usagi, Chibi-Usa, or Queen Serenity. Usagi's power is not entirely focused on the Silver Crystal, because at times her friends' powers are also given to Usagi as she receives higher levels of henshins (transformations) when the situations have demanded it. This is very similar to the training and levels of Goku's power from Dragonball (such as Super Saiyan 2).

Goku in the Dragonball series is a Saiyan, which is a race of aliens who are natural fighters. Goku has time and again shown from his battles he has reached barriers that no other warrior in the universe reached. He was the only one in Dragonball who achieved a Super Saiyan 3 without being used together like Gotenks and managed to fight almost on an equal playing level against Kid Buu, the strongest enemy in the Dragonball series (Dragonball GT is not counted). He over comes enemies very similar to Usagi as they both fight to protect the ones they love.

Who would win if they some fought each other? Neither, because both Usagi and Goku are good and have pure hearts, so they would simply get involved in a battle with each other. It is impossible to tell who is stronger and I am not one who really cares to know. Take time to think about this as you argue against one series or the other. (;
