Krillin and Android 18 were probably the biggest shock for the world when they were introduced in the Majin Buu arc that they were married and had a three year old daughter. Krillin had fallen in love with Android 18 shortly after she kissed him on a mountain road, probably to tease the Z Fighter. Krillin later on refuses to "get rid" Android 18 with a remote Bulma made and I think Krillin's effort to stay near Android 18 throughout the Cell arc is why the android married him. Android 18 cares deeply for her husband, though has a thing for scaring him at times. Krillin remarks in the Bio-Broly movie that he had seen Android 18 mad at him once like that before when the android is crashing around and wanting money from Hercule.

They are very close and Krillin would give his life for Android 18, as shown in the Majin Buu arc. Meanwhile, 18 loves Krillin dearly as well which we see in the Majin Buu arc, but also a very touching scene in Dragonball GT when Krillin is murdered by Android 17. In an odd twist of fate, Android 18 tells Krillin that she loves him and has been the only wife seen saying "I love you" before after a husband has died or been killed. It should be noted Videl says this about Gohan after she thinks he was killed by Majin Buu, but Gohan wasn't dead nor were Videl and Gohan married at the time either.
