Original Question: Can Pan grow the famous Saiyan tail?

This question is rather easy yet difficult to explain. All Saiyans and Saiyan-hybrid, Gohan, were shown to have been a tail. Goku has his permantly removed even though after countless attempts to cut off, it immediately grew back. The Saiyan Tail is mysterious because on full blooded Saiyans and at least Gohan, it seems to grow back countless times until are either around a full moon unless it is permantly removed. Vegeta's tail was cut off by Yajirobe and even though he states it would grow back, he is never around a full moon (I'm guessing) for it to grow back mostly likely. Gohan is the only half-Saiyan to been shown with a tail and Bra, Goten, Trunks (both Mirai Trunks and Kid Trunks) were never shown to have any tails. It could be that half-Saiyans have enough blood to grow the tail and since Piccolo got rid of Earth's moon, that the other half-Saiyans in the show never grew a tail. I personally think like with other Saiyan abilities, the tail is "masked" when combined with human genes, so with Pan being 1/4 Saiyan, she probably wouldn't have grown a tail.
