Past Updates

01 April 2010- I finally got the chance to let everyone know we have a new affiliate, Bulma.nl!

I recommend visiting and checking the website out. Bura has got a lot of neat features and for anyone who is from the Netherlands (or can read Dutch fluently), check the website out.

Secondly, I'm going to use have some more "media" to upload in the multimedia section hopefully by Sunday. Until the next update, I recommend you check out this fanlisting which if you are fan of Krillin's and Goku's friendship, check it out!

23 March 2010- It has been about two weeks since the last update. I was planning on during some of my free time to work on more sections of the website, but I got delayed because of weather and school. I am on Spring Break this week, so I plan on uploading some graphic sets I've been working on and finally get that section of the website set up.

I got e-mailed two questions and I answered one of them. However, I marked it on the theories page because it is up for debate and also includes my opinion in it. The other question was asked and I already had it answered on the facts page.

For the news part, it appears that the English dub of Dragonball Kai will be airing on Nick. :wassat: Yeah, I will probably be watching the channel to see the episodes, but it will be slightly odd if an English version of this anime appears on Nick shortly after SpongeBob. Actually, I am wondering if some parents might complain who let their children watch Nick. Dragonball Z originally aired on Toonami (as did Sailor Moon) which had a bit more "mature" or PG-13 shows on it. Of course, Sailor Moon was editted more than DBZ and made it more so for even younger children at the time. News of this is all over the Internet and I even found an article in Spanish yesterday covering it.

I am also excited for the Spanish speakers of Mexico! It appears that DBKai will be dubbed in Spanish along with a special that REALLY needs to see official English release soon, read more there to find out about that.

Well, finally Krillin has a spot in the news for a change (along with Vegeta)! Ryo Horikawa (Vegeta's Japanese Voice Actor) and Mayumi Tanaka (Krillin's Japanese Voice Actor) will both be in Seattle, Washington (USA), for the anime convention that will be there in April (along with several other famous Japanese people who work among anime)! Oh how I am jealous for anyone who is going to this...can you take me with you? :crying:

Both Ryo and Mayumi are among several of the staff members of DBZ that have guest starred (or appeared) on Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Trigun, and several other animes. Speaking of other animes, check the ANN for updates on the Trigun and Pokemon news.

Finally, check out a clique that Usagi and I recently joined!

March 8, 2010: I hope for the enemy they introduce will be Frieza (or even Cell) simply because Frieza connects with people more Majin Buu or Cell. However, in DBE, they introduced the strongest enemy from Dragonball (aka King Piccolo/Piccolo Daimo) so...it could be possible they introduce Majin Buu. I do not know however, but I DO hope they introduce Krillin (and give Yamcha more screen time than his actor in Dragonball Evolution got). If and when they announce what characters are going to be shown, I will post it up.

Well, not exactly the second set of news isn'tDragonball related, but I couldn't help but post this one up. The 13th Pokémon has a new trailer released for the movie. For those you who do not understand Japanese, the new trailer is mentioing Celebi and several other Generation II (Johto) Pokémon along with the introduction of two Generation V. The two new generation are dark-type Pokémon. Dark-types (such as Umbreon or legendary Darkrai) don't have strong attack stats and at times have a lot poor defenses. With the introduction of these two Pokémon from Generation V, it seems that the movie with have the Legendary Trio and Celebi, with a criminal that Ash and/or the legendaries will end up defeating in the end. I'll eventually post up a subtitled version of the trailer from YouTube.

04 March 2010- I updated the link out while I had time today. I also the FAQs page with and finally, I fixed an error on the credits page. I forgot to "close" a URL link, so it page three fourths of the page look like it was one big link.

I also updated a fanfiction of mine earlier which has been fun writing. If you are interested, please check it out.

03 March 2010- It appears that once again Fox has decided to release yet another Dragonball film. Accordingly, it will focus on Dragonball Z instead of Dragonball (at least, stated in an interview).

My personal hopes: Krillin is introduced, because how can Goku turn Super Saiyan without him? Secondly, I wonder how Chi-Chi will be a main character if she could barely fight in Dragonball Evolution (compared to Roshi and Goku that is) against some of the enemies of Dragonball Z?

Anyways, find more news and involvements at my affiliate, Dragonball Legends

27 February 2010- If anyone is interested, the game Dragonball: Origins 2 was released on February 11, 2010 in Japan. There should be an official English release date soon, but it should come out this summer.

Anyone interested in buying the remastered versions of the Dragonball Z seasons cheaper than buying them invidually? I wish I had started buying the seasons like this, because I could have saved over $100 on DBZ alone. I am still missing season three and season eight from Dragonball Z, while I only need season two of Dragonball GT. Secondly, I recently bought the remastered version of Dragonball UNCUT and I personally recommend buying these new DVD releases of Dragonball and if you are trying to finish your DBZ collection and need to buy seasons in order, I recommend buying the official releases from the official English websites:

Dragonball.com, DragonballZ.com, and DragonballGT.com.

24 February 2010- Just a quick notice for those you who have been glancing around the website, I've been updating the affiliates and I also have updated several of the links on the link out page.

I'd like to welcome Usagi and Mamoru's Universe and Dragonball Legends as affiliates.

Thank you both!

21 February 2010- I'd would like to welcome everyone to Kienzan.net and this is the grand opening of this fansite! Actually, I originally had planned to get this website opened in January, but some things do not go as planned. I will post some news later on, but we are currently accept affiliates and link exchanges.

As for me, my name is Amber and if you see small updates around the website, that is my doing. I am "fixing" some small page errors and everything that could be appearing around the website. If you see any, please comment or e-mail me.

I'm excited to finally see this place open! Wish me luck as well!
